Domestic Shipping
Participating I Count for myEarth schools receive FREE direct-to-school shipping for all items ordered by the designated order date agreed upon in advance of the campaign launch by the school and I Count for Earth. Expedited shipping is also available upon request and for an additional cost. For shipping cost options and estimates,  email info@icountformyearth.com.

Note: We cannot ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes, because UPS won’t deliver to them.

International Shipping
Please contact info@icountformyearth.com if your school is not in the U.S. and would be interested in participating in the campaign. Certain merchandise associated with the campaign may not be available for international shipping at all times.

Please note international shipping charges do not include any import fees, taxes, duties, brokerage, or any other charge applied by a third party. The customer is solely responsible for these and any other fees should they apply.

Shipping Times
You can expect receipt of items within 4-6 weeks as long as the merchandise is in stock. You will be notified if we expect a delay in shipping at any time.

Return/Exchange Policy

I Count for myEarth/enozOblue, inc. accepts exchanges/returns within 30 days from the receipt of goods for defective I Count for myEarth merchandise. Based on the hygienic nature of the water bottles, we make no exceptions. Neither I Count on myEarth nor enozOblue, inc. make any implied or express warranties other than what is contained in this document and that may be provided through each product manufacturer’s warranties.

If an item you purchased is defective and you wish to return it, please email your reason for return name, school, school address and a phone number where you can be reached to info@icountformyearth.com and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be provided along with instructions.

If an item proves defective after 30 days of delivery, please refer to the product manufacturer’s warranty or contact the manufacturer directly.

You are required to pay for return shipping and ship your items by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. All returns must include a copy of your school’s sales receipt with your address and daytime phone number.

Items purchased in through Earth-Friendly Links can not be returned to I Count for myEarth or enozOblue, inc. Please contact those retailers directly.
